Choose a business connection around the work that must stay online.

We help evaluate AT&T Business connectivity for your address, applications, and backup requirements. Availability, equipment, plan terms, and installation responsibilities are confirmed before an order.

Business connectivity through carrier programs
Availability and suitability are assessed for the specific business address.
The work involved

Plan the connection, equipment, and handoff.

The right connection depends on the site and the applications using it. We review internet access, calling, payments, remote work, and backup needs before recommending the service scope.

AT&T describes address, plan, and equipment restrictions for Business Fiber and wireless backup. Wireless backup needs power; selected services such as static IP and AT&T VoIP do not fail over to the built-in wireless backup. We check those limits against your actual requirements.

Service provided through carrier partner programs. Caboodle Media is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by AT&T Inc., T-Mobile USA, Inc., or Space Exploration Technologies Corp. Address and service review

Check what is available for the location and compare the proposed connection with the applications and usage at that site.

Equipment and installation planning

Identify gateway, router, Wi-Fi, cabling, and installation responsibilities. Confirm how the carrier equipment connects to the existing business network.

Backup and power planning

Decide which applications need backup access and what performance they require. Review router compatibility, coverage, and power protection rather than assuming every service will continue unchanged.

Cutover and support handoff

Coordinate the installation and agreed checks with your staff or IT provider. Record account responsibilities and the route for service support.
Choosing the fit

Check the fit at the actual business location.

Coverage maps and product names are starting points. The recommendation needs to account for the address, equipment, and work your business does.
01

The service is available for the address

Verify the proposed product and installation requirements before making plans around it.
02

The connection supports the applications

Review calling, payments, cloud tools, static-IP requirements, and any application-specific limitations.
03

The backup has a defined purpose

Agree on what should remain usable during an outage, how the switch is tested, and what power equipment is required.
