Todd has been fixing other people’s businesses since 2005. Caboodle Media is the agency he started in Tulsa with one client and a stubborn belief: profit follows, it doesn’t lead. Twenty years and several hundred clients later, that belief is the company’s operating system.

In 2026 he turned the most common pattern he kept seeing in client work into two things small business owners can use without hiring him. The Leak Detector is the book that documents Caboodle’s 13-point client audit, the same inspection every new client goes through before any campaign runs. Dash Dolphin is the product that closes the first leak he ever found, the one that costs more than all the others combined: slow response to inbound leads.

Todd is also the author of Unlearning Christian Nationalism: How I Escaped (and You Can Too), a 2024 memoir on faith, power, and the language used to weaponize both, published by Caboodle Media’s books imprint.

He writes the books, builds the products, and runs the agency. He prefers operators over experts, plain English over jargon, and clients who want their business to outlive the work.
