AI Operations Specialist (10-20 hours/week)

We need someone who’s as comfortable using AI to solve problems as most people are with Google. You’ll handle technical implementation across our agency work while also being involved in launching an AI-powered SaaS product that involves building new AI systems in cutting-edge environments that very few people have experience with. This isn’t about already knowing specific platforms—it’s about being exceptionally skilled at using AI to learn and implement anything we throw at you.

Personality Type We’re Looking For:

You’re obsessed with AI and what it can do. You don’t just use ChatGPT occasionally—you’ve built workflows around it. When faced with a new platform or technical challenge, your first move is crafting the right prompt to figure it out. You have meticulous attention to detail because you know one misconfigured setting can break everything. You’re highly responsive and reliable—when you say you’ll handle something, it gets done. You take ownership and don’t need someone checking your work constantly. You’re excited about working in environments and with technologies that very few people have ever touched.

Required Skills:

• Expert-level proficiency with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) for problem-solving, learning, and technical implementation
• Exceptional attention to detail—you catch mistakes before they become problems
• Rapid learning ability—you can pick up new platforms, complex environments, and technical concepts on the fly
• Self-directed problem-solving—you thrive with minimal direction and figure things out independently
• Strong written communication for documenting processes, creating guides, and coordinating with the team
• Highly responsive and available—you’re reachable during your working hours and follow through on commitments
• Technical curiosity—you genuinely enjoy understanding how systems work and aren’t intimidated by unfamiliar technologies
• Comfortable with startup pace—you adapt quickly when priorities shift and can handle ambiguity

Nice to Have:

• Experience with cloud platforms, APIs, or technical integrations
• Background in agency, technical support, or operations roles
